“My wife and I just completed a lovely three night stay at Hotel Due Torri. From the time we checked in until we sadly checked out, we felt appreciated and taken care of. Check in was personable yet professional, the suite was spacious and perfectly clean, and the breakfast buffet literally had something for everyone. Vincenzo at the lobby bar makes great cocktails! “Nice hotel with helpful staff and high level of customer service. Location is good for walking to main tourist areas as well as close to many restaurants. It’s about a 15 minute taxi ride from train station. The rooftop is not open in the winter. Breakfast offering is extensive and servers are attentive. “I stayed at the hotel on 29 and 30.02, I was delighted with the welcome, the room was large and tidy, the restaurant, the service was great, all praise. On 31.02 I came to the reception to check out, and that's where the problem arose, the lady at the reception accused me of missing a bottle of champagne in the room, I said that I didn't use the minibar and that I didn't drink the champagne, she was still rude and I had to pay 55 euros for something I didn't use.
