This is my second time name due to my work trip and the service is beyond my expectation. To start the very first day, I was way too early to check in, But being in a rush to get to a meeting, They accommodated the shower and allowed me to get ready and show up fresh versus right from the airplane. “When I arrived at the hotel, the greeting felt a bit off. After traveling and feeling tired, I was hoping for a more welcoming and warm experience, but instead I was immediately asked to pay a $90 fee if I wanted to get into my room one hour early. That didn’t really feel like a five-star arrival, especially after a long day of travel.
