“I went to the Eden Roc Spa for the first time last week for a girl's spa day with my office team. It was incredible! The hotel is nice and peaceful and elegantly designed. Carolina welcomed us at the spa and made sure everything was perfect. We lounged at the Nobu Adult Pool before our treatment and then went to Ocean Social for lunch. The restaurant is so pretty, it doesn't feel like you are in Miami. The ocean view is mesmerizing and the food and drinks were delicious! We had fresh ceviche, calamari, pizza, and more. “My stay at the Eden Roc Miami Beach was excellent overall. The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and has a classic mid-century modern feel that gives it a unique character compared to many newer resorts. The pool areas were fantastic, and I especially appreciated that the pools were warm and comfortable throughout the day. There are also several great dining options on-site, making it easy to enjoy quality food without leaving the property. I stayed in a king room with a balcony, and it exceeded my expectations. “Ill start with what we enjoyed. We loved the balcony and the view! The proximity to the beach and that the hotel was 15-30 minutes away from everything! The negatives were definitely the service people. Anytime we asked for anything it was like we were inconveniencing the staff. We got to the hotel and our room wasnt ready and when we asked what to do with our bads the service lady shrugged. After being there a week we tried to go on the beach and they gave us such a hard time trying to get chairs and umbrella. Overall if I ever were to go back i wouldn't stay here.” — Matt Roman
