“It’s an incredible hotel. All the staff give you 5 star treatment. The gentleman who checked me in was kind, friendly, helpful and efficient. I felt like they went out of their way to treat me with great care. The room is beautiful, spacious, quiet. The hotel is located in a great part of Rome. Walkable to most attractions and yet far enough away to not have too much over crowding. It’s also walkable to one of the metro stations that can get you easily to Termini station. “Stayed for 2 nights over my birthday. Received early check In, room upgrade and late check out with AMEX FHR benefit. Everyone was so nice from doormen to front desk and housekeeping. My room was all cleaned while I enjoy breakfast which provides la carts menu so you can try all different dishes you like. Location is very convenient just off of main shopping street. Only took me 5 minutes to get to Spanish step. Also I was able to get all of my shopping done and delivered to the room as hotel was close enough from the stores. “Outstanding. Very classy without being uncomfortably formal. A very warm greeting at reception and taken to the room to be shown how everything works. Very impressed that with an official check-in time of 3 pm our room was already available when we arrived at 1 pm. Our room (204) was very comfortable with all the fixtures and fittings of high-quality. A hugely comfortable bed, coffee making facilities, a fridge with complementary water and soft drinks.
