“Dii and Jennifer were absolutely amazing! This is not my first time staying and I’m used to the top quality service and experience but as soon as I came in, they were both soo welcoming! Dii took care of me, made me immediately welcomed and gave me an amazing room! Also had a flight reschedule for a lot later in the day and Sadie was so kind to provide me a late check out so that I was not forced to just sit at the airport for hours. “Don't know much about Minneapolis but this hotel is a pleasurable stroll to the river front which is very nice. We asked for a quiet room and got one which was great for sleep quality. Consequently no view to speak of though. The bathroom fan runs continuously and this becomes a bit annoying as the stay progresses. Very good shower pressure! In fact, one of the best I've encountered, and I travel a lot, averaging 15+ hotels every year. Staff are all very friendly. Had a bit hiccup with housekeeping and it was promptly handled. They even sent up some nice chocolates which was very appreciated. ” — Jing Li

“We were there for a Valentines day Gala in the building connected to the hotel. We decided to stay so we would not have to drive back home. the room was so nice, i loved the decor. the sitting area across from the bed was beautiful. I also loved the shower. The staff in the restaurant was great. I wish I could remember the bartender. She was fantastic. She made my husbands Sazerac to perfection. He was very please. This was about 9:00pm when we were there for cocktails before going up to our rooms. the front desk staff was also great. When we checked out the next morning, the woman at the desk” — Terreea Wright
