“What an incredible stay from start to finish! I booked through Amex Hotel Collection and was upgraded to a King Suite, which was absolutely stunning. The room was spacious, beautifully finished, and had an amazing view of Kuala Lumpur. We were welcomed with a complimentary fruit arrangement, chocolates, and even a giant American Express card made entirely of chocolate, which was such a fun touch. “Excellent hotel. The service is truly appreciated, especially the assistance provided at the hotel entrance and valet area (I believe his name was Faizal). The room is spacious, fully equipped, and the bedding is very comfortable. The hotel has everything needed for a pleasant stay, including a gym, swimming pool, and excellent facilities. The only downside is the pool area. Unfortunately, it is often filled with children playing with water guns, balls, and other toys. The jacuzzi is affected as well.
