Erinvale Estate Hotel & Spa

“I recently visited Erinvale Hotel and Spa and unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing—far below what one would expect from a five-star establishment. Despite there being plenty of staff present, only one server attended to our table. She was clearly trying her best, but was stretched too thin to manage everything effectively. To make matters worse, the coffee machine wasn’t functioning properly, meaning cappuccinos were unavailable. After placing our food order, we were left waiting for nearly an hour. During that time, there was little to no staff presence—we even ended up pour” — Peter Schoeman

“We celebrated our wedding anniversary at BLOOM restaurant. Executive Chef Sebastian and his amazing team spoiled us to a culinary experience of exceptional quality and outstanding service. Every carefully planned and beautifully presented course proofed to be an explosion of heavenly flavours. Special thanks to Sebastian, Barry and Lupho ... you guys made our special evening an experience to treasure for a long time!” — Santie Korf

“We had the high tea. The selection of bites was good but what was listed as savory scones were too sweet. And both the sweet and savory scones could have been lighter and fresher. Try the woolworths frozen ones.” — Diana Weibel
