“This hotel and spa are a 5 star resort. The low rating is for their marketing. I have been purchasing spa days for my wife and daughter here for several years. I purchased the Serenity Package on-line. It is written to appear as their is a couples message included. You would have to know or read the marketing closely to see that it is only for one person. The resort got me for an extra $380 for the add on, but lost a customer. This is because no one at the hotel informed my wife or daughter that it was a add on service. “This is a very pretty hotel with beautiful grounds, however somewhat difficult to navigate due to how big it is. The signs for the room numbers and markers were not well light. The restaurant had a 45 minute wait for breakfast although there seem to be many empty tables. We went to the cafe/gift shop for breakfast but basically they were out of the breakfast sandwiches and almost out of the breakfast burritos. There was confusion with the drinks as they were coming out with the wrong names with the incorrect orders.
