“Been a member now for several years and they keep closing the club for several times during the summer and when you then want to go and eat, you can’t as the restaurants are fully booked! Booking a paddle court is basically impossible, even several weeks in advance. Honestly they are more interested in making money, getting weekend guests in rather than actually looking after the members that pay a lot in membership fees for a club they then can’t use…. For two families staying two nights, the trip cost us in the region of £10,000, which already feels extremely expensive for a UK countryside break where the weather is often unreliable.
