Excelsior Hotel Gallia, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan

“I recently stayed at the hotel. Overall the hotel is a true five star with exceptional attention to their guest and superb service. What also impressed me is their onsite restaurant on the ground floor. I dined in there twice and the food was so fresh / flavorful. Highly recommend. A few cons: Breakfast options were limited although they are fresh. Separately when I check in, the front desk didn't suggest to make a reservation at the restaurant on the 7th floor, they were fully booked by the time I want to try. There's also all day shuttle to the Duomo. The driver was awesome.” — Nate

“Wow, what a amazing place, amazing staff. Every thing about this place was amazing. If you want luxury, be treated like a quen this is the place to be. I have visited many amazing hotels in my life , but this place is rare find. Location was great also, the concierges were amazing and very over protected of the Gest. Marriott please ask the manager there to travel to all of your hotels and teach the others what you do in Milan . I want to thank everyone one that have touch my life wile I was there. “Everything about this hotel is exceptional, especially the concierge desk. Due to our circumstances, we did not book anything other than accommodations and flights this trip, so we leaned heavily on customer service to get tickets to attractions and other entertainments. I do wish they had early check in, as we had to wait in the lobby after getting off the train. We mostly dined out, so can't say much about the in house meals. The menu downstairs didn't seem geared to our tastes anyway. All in all very elegant and glamorous.” — Vincent McMullen
