“We had a wonderful stay at Faena. Everyone was fantastic, and the service throughout our visit was truly excellent. A special thank you to Kalvin and Ariel for being so kind, welcoming, and helpful. At checkout, I was given a paper showing the total charges as $389.56 and that the refund would be around $360.
