“It was a truly magical visit! We went here for our honeymoon and everyone went over and above to make it extra special. They were extremely accommodating with my husband’s food allergies as well. Our room was kept immaculate. The food was divine. We enjoyed meals at Walliser Stube, Lakeview Lounge, Alpine Social, Louiza, and room service. Our itinerary also included a couple visits to the Basin which I couldn’t recommend enough. Staff were so kind and pleasant to interact with and once again the facility was kept immaculate. “It was my childhood dream of mine to stay at this hotel. My husband made it happen as a surprise to me for our "minimoon". The photos do not to the glacier lakes justice. Our lake view room was a cozy room overlooking the center of the lake. The bed and linens were very comfortable. The entire hotel was very clean and the food was delicious. They also had shops with beautiful and unique things. The conference area had pictures and biographies from the founders and explorers in the area that made for a nice nighttime "walk and learn" after a long day of travel.
