The grounds are immaculate, the beach and pools are beautiful, and the residences are spacious and well-appointed. The butler service at Heritage Place was exceptional — Rodrigo and Fernando were attentive, proactive, and truly enhanced our stay. During our visit, we did encounter an issue related to billing that was frustrating at the time.
