“Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel for Mother’s Day. I was greeted by a wonderful young lady at the front desk named Amran, who took the utmost care of my mother and I. She gave us a free room upgrade and had chocolate covered strawberries + macaroons in the room waiting for us. She had great knowledge of the city’s places to be and restaurant recommendations which saved us from struggling to search and decide things. Every call I made to the front desk, Amran was happy to help and arrange whatever I had asked for. Bell staff and spa attendants were also very kind, however the hostes” — Kim

“Stayed in a Gold room for three nights for our Wedding Anniversary. We were looking forward to a Gold floor room and the lounge. I think we got the smallest room on the floor. The lounge was nice but the food was not up to an executive lounge level. Bread was stale, and the food did not seem fresh. With an empty bar, we should not have to wait ten minutes to be seated.
