“Really well designed hotel in an even better location! 2 minute walk from the subway and right infront of the market st bus stop so we barely had to use valet, and when we did they were super prompt and helpful. Room was also amazing. Clean, modern and an amazing view. Alajandra was so awsome to talk to at check in, and gave some great local input about colleges in the area I was visiting. I genuinely dont understand where the complaints about the rooms are coming from other reviews. Great hotel, rooms, and even views!🏢” — Joseph Johnston

“For the price and calling themselves a “luxury” hotel we were not impressed. This is the most we’ve ever spent per night on a hotel - we aren’t typically luxury hotel people but were there for a wedding. Based on the cost and the “luxury” title I expected a very nice stay and excellent room. We were excited to make a nice weekend of our stay. Expecting perhaps a bit “fancy” compared to our usual. However I would not call our room here luxury. Two lights in our room were wired backward, there was dust on multiple surfaces, no USB ports to be found for charging electronics (in 2026??), and the r” — Alex S

“We had the most incredible experience at the Fairmont Pittsburgh, and I cannot say enough good things about the staff, especially Hannah A. From the very beginning, Hannah was responsive, friendly, and genuinely caring. She truly went above and beyond for our wedding weekend. When I walked into our room and saw everything she had set up for our boys, including snacks and Avengers surprises, I actually cried. It was so thoughtful and sweet.
