“This hotel is so beautiful and elegant! They have made it very upscale and gorgeous. Both the lobby bars are beautiful. The entrance is gorgeous. They have really elevated this historic building and made it a beautiful modern hotel while still staying true to the historic importance of the building. Rooms are amazing with cozy beds and a nice bathroom. Great toiletries and I love they have cotton swabs. The beds were very comfortable. Big pillows. Plush blankets. Nice bathroom. “The hotel check-in staff engaged us in a brief conversation upon arrival, which I truly appreciated and helped set a wonderful tone for our one-night stay. My sister and I were in transit from Toronto back to the United States by bus the following day, so this stop was short but memorable. The only minor issue was that the elevator nearest our room was not connected to the lobby at the time, making access slightly inconvenient. Aside from that, everything was excellent.
