“Overall, our stay at the Fairmont Tazi Palace was a genuinely wonderful experience. The property is breathtaking, the grounds are beautifully maintained, and the general standard of service throughout was warm and attentive. The food was enjoyable and the atmosphere of the property lived up to every expectation we had coming in. The one challenge we faced was dust accumulation in our room — given the intricate Moroccan ceiling and wall detailing throughout the property, it is understandable, but it made the room uncomfortable for us initially. The pool area was beautiful and had beautiful views of the city. The staff from front desk to managers were extremely helpful and friendly.
