“I truly enjoyed my stay. The room was clean (minus one hair in the shower), and the bed was very comfortable. The man who checked me in was very kind and instantly made me feel welcome. I had breakfast at Roselys twice. The food was great and the service was fantastic. The prices are amazing for the quality you get. Every staff I interacted with was truly kind and helpful. I wish i had asked for the bartenders name, he made a fantastic negroni for me on the terrace and remembered me the next evening at Nacarat bar! “I stayed at Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth for two nights over the weekend. While our first breakfast experience at Rosélys was great — the food was good and the service was friendly despite the restaurant being busy — our second breakfast experience was extremely disappointing and honestly left us feeling uncomfortable and discriminated against. We waited around 30–40 minutes in line, which we understood because the restaurant was busy. However, the issue started after we were seated. “My multi-day stay here was great! The hospitality, cleanliness, and location is phenomenal. I especially enjoyed the pool and sauna facilities. The representative at the fitness/pool center desk, Yal, went above and beyond. When I realized that robes should have been placed in our room and we couldn’t get any from the sauna, he brought some down for us. Exceptional service.
