“I'm honestly so let down. I had high hopes for this stay, but the whole experience was just miserable. The staff were so incredibly rude, I felt like a total inconvenience from the moment I checked in. To make matters worse, I got really sick after eating at the restaurant. For a place that claims to be high-end or "Michelin" level, the food was definitely not fresh. Spending the rest of my trip with food poisoning was the last thing I expected for the price I paid. “Beautiful hotel in the Majorca countryside. The room was nice and bed was very comfortable. Excellent location and setting for unwinding. The included breakfast was truly excellent in quality and taste and with good variety, you have buffet and à la cart options. One of the best I’ve had at a hotel in a long time. Dinner was also excellent with 3 course options for 70 euros/person. Had asked for an iron the front desk said would deliver to room but never did until asked the 2nd time.
