“Good hotel overall, but be aware that many of the facilities, especially the beach and pool areas, seem to cater heavily to members rather than hotel guests. This is probably the first Four Seasons property where I felt that most facilities were crowded with membership visitors, which takes away from the exclusive resort atmosphere. The service and property are good, but the typical Four Seasons vibe and personalized guest experience were not as noticeable as I expected.” — Naif Al
