Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait at Burj Alshaya

“I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Overdue review. We stayed here in March 2026 and were here for 3 days. The staff go above and beyond and completely meet the expectation of a 5 star hotel. We had 2 rooms both lovely size and gorgeous view over the city. They have thought of everything for children, cute teddy bears, toiletries, their names spelt out with foam letters! The indoor pool is wonderful and feels very luxurious, lots of complimentary health drinks nuts etc are available. The kids club - not as vibrant as the images was a bit empty however my son loved it! He has never stayed any” — Asma Akhtar

“Disappointed with the recent decline in atmosphere. Four Seasons Kuwait has lost its 'luxury' identity by allowing non-guests to access pool facilities via 40KD day passes without strict dress code enforcement. ​It is unacceptable to see guests in swimwear wandering through the lobby and fine dining restaurants as if it were a public beach club. The management seems to have prioritized volume over the exclusivity and serenity that defines the Four Seasons brand. Unless this policy is reviewed and a strict dress code is enforced in public areas, it is no longer the destination for a premium exp” — Ali Ali
