“My wife and I checked into this hotel on May 6 for 3 nights. The hotel has been completely refurbished, which gives it a new feel. However, the service in this hotel need serious improvement. The service at the breakfast is extremely slow. Housekeeping is terrible. They give you so much attitude and make you feel they are doing you a favour by making up the room. The hotel manager and the team is well aware of this incident and I don’t want to go into more details. After making a mistake they turn and offer “compensation”.
