“Amazing hotel and holds a great population. (Gracie Abrams stayed there at the same time as me). Front desk was very pleasant and they had many events. Very fancy, beds were nice and a very nice bathroom and amenities. Had an iPad next to be and was helpful for me to see what to do the next day. Had room for many people in a big family. “Our first trip to Montreal was made unforgettable by the team at the Four Seasons. We stayed March 28–30 for our anniversary and were blown away by the service. A huge shoutout to Stephan (sp?) - a fellow New Yorker -for the warm welcome, great local tips, and the thoughtful anniversary surprise he sent to our room—a delicious pastry that was such a kind touch! “Zero notes. Not one. This place is top tier from start to finish. The service was truly white glove from arrival through departure. The moment I arrived, the porter asked my name, and somehow every staff member seemed to know it from that point on. The accommodations were plush, the bed was unbelievably comfortable, and housekeeping was impeccable. I dropped a crumb on the light gray carpet and when I returned it was spotless—no stains, no marks, no smudges anywhere.
