What guests say

The service at The Four Seasons single-handedly turned an otherwise very disappointing trip around. My husband and I encountered multiple travel interruptions, resulting in missing an entire day of our Paris vacation. We walked into The Four Seasons for lunch and a drink, and were met with such compassion. The service was gracious and refined. We were treated like frequent guests, even though I’m sure we looked worse for the wear after such a long day of interrupted travel. We hope to stay here in the future to enjoy more of the fantastic service.Katie Hansen

I called with a very simple question about a room I was considering booking, specifically whether the room had a TV. Instead of receiving a straightforward answer, I was met with unnecessary attitude and an incredibly condescending tone from the person on the phone. What really rubbed me the wrong way was when he randomly mentioned that the Ty Warner Penthouse Suite costs $85,000 a night. It felt completely irrelevant to my question and honestly came across as if he was trying to imply I couldn’t afford it. That kind of energy is not only unprofessional, but also disrespectful. I stayed at Four Seasons and spent a lot of time in the room, so most of my impressions are from the in-room experience. The space is designed with a clean, modern look and feels genuinely comfortable to settle into. The bed, lighting and layout are all put together in a way that makes the room feel calm without being dull. The bathroom stood out the most for me. The size, the mirrors, and the overall finish give it a very polished feel. Small details like the water pressure, the towels and the amenities were handled well, which is something I always notice.
