“My partner and I stayed for a long weekend to celebrate a birthday and anniversary. The hotel staff was so accommodating and definitely went above and beyond to make our stay special and personalized. Dinner in Skyhigh was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Our room 4816 was beautiful, clean, and the turndown service nightly was excellent. Stunning views of the city from all angles! The spa was beautiful but I wish I had asked for a little tour the first day we arrived as I didn’t realize there was a steam room / sauna until the last day. “Really enjoyed the stay. I've been to 4-5 different Four Seasons over the years and this one was probably the most grand one. Views from pool and restaurant area are spectacular and services was seamless. Had kids with me and I asked staff to set up welcome for them and they had a hand written note, some sweets, their names on the window and kid robes/slippers on the bed. They were so excited. Location is also pretty central to a lot of things to do. We live in DC Metro so will plan to go back again.” — Joseph Brent
