“I had high expectations for Four Seasons Seoul, but got the overall impression that the hotel was operating beyond the capacity of its facilities. The recurring theme throughout our stay was that many of their services seemed oversubscribed. We were unable to secure a spa appointment despite trying to book weeks in advance. The bar was fully booked on our first night, and while we managed to reserve a spot on the second night, there was a minimum spend requirement even for hotel guests looking for a nightcap.
