“Overall, we had a good stay. The staff were super friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Honestly, one of the best parts of the experience. That said, the hotel itself feels quite old and tired. You can really notice it in the rooms, hallways, and overall facilities. Also, there was a strong cigarette smell in our corridor throughout the stay, which sometimes reached our room, which was not ideal. Breakfast was okay, but could be better. “We have to move room on the last nite because there is something wrong with our Room 810 AC. It incredibly cold even with Heater on!?!?! Fortunately, the bad experience was compensated by the impeccable service provided by the staff. The room transfer was effortless.
