“We absolutely love this property! This is our 5th stay, and there is a reason we keep coming back! The luxury/bespoke Four Seasons service standards are unmatched. It starts from your arrival experience, where you are greeted by name and such warmth that it feels like coming home. The team at the beach/pool are extraordinary, with the upmost highest level of attention/and service. And the food….every bite/meal was excellent! The barista at the Nai coffee shop was stellar, the sushi at the Sunset lounge was one of the best we have ever had, and the beautifully updated Salt restaurant was always” — T C

“Four Seasons never lets you down. Even in the middle of the Caribbean the service was prompt, attentive, and goes beyond your expectations. We had an offer to upgrade to a 2-bedroom residence which was absolutely divine, with a full kitchen and 2.5 baths. The private plunge pool heater was not working the first two nights but it was wonderful after it did start working. The pools and the beaches are gorgeous. It’s a luxurious and relaxing stay. SALT wasn’t as good as it was hyped up to be but the restaurant itself is beautiful. They also serve breakfast there, which wasn’t as good as Madrid or” — Chris Lee PMHNP-BC

“We spent our honeymoon here and the experience was incredible from start to finish. We had the chance to spend some time with the GM, who was fantastic, and that level of leadership clearly carries through to the rest of the staff as everyone was genuinely kind and the service was top-notch. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous, with stunning architecture and a layout that really takes advantage of the setting. Everything feels elevated but still relaxed and comfortable.
