“My stay was truly luxurious from beginning to end. The staff was incredibly caring, attentive, and thoughtful in every detail. I absolutely loved the beautiful territory and the restaurant was delicious. I also visited the spa for a massage, and it was absolutely wonderful and deeply relaxing. Another thing I truly appreciated is how pet-friendly the hotel is. In the room, there was a dog bed, bowls, and treats prepared for us. They even have a special pet menu, which is such a lovely touch. The reception team kindly asked what time would be best to clean the room so my dog wouldn’t be scared.” — Olha Kotova

My wife and I stayed at the Four Seasons in Napa/Calistoga this weekend to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. Straight out of the gate, our room was ready 3-4 hours early. I’m not saying you should expect your room to be ready early every time, but it was a pleasant surprise that it was ready early in our case.
