“Overall we had a lovely stay at the four seasons. Rooms were very nice. The food was actually one of the highlights. This hotel doesn’t have the overall essence you might expect when booking a four seasons stay. But it is still quite nice. The staff was eager to assist.we went with children which was great. “The resort itself is beautiful, with clean rooms, friendly staff, and plenty of activities on offer. Many of these activities are interesting, though not necessarily unique to Puerto Rico, which was a bit disappointing given the island’s rich culture. Unfortunately, the resort didn’t showcase Puerto Rican culture in its offerings or presentation, unlike other Four Seasons properties we’ve visited. Thus, our cultural experience had to come from exploring outside the resort. Service was inconsistent.
