“Our family (including 10 month grandson) just returned from a fabulous 6-day stay at the resort. The experience was exactly what we hoped for—relaxing and enjoying time together. We stayed in ocean-view casitas. We tried 3 of the restaurants, Dos Catrinas, Bahia, and Aramara (each one twice). Each is different and we enjoyed them all. Breakfast at Dos Catrinas was relaxing and great. We passed the days sitting by the beautiful infinity pool or beach, where the staff was super-attentive and happy to take your order for tacos, drinks, or treats. “Facilities are perfect. SPA has a great design. Beach is good for swimming. Breakfast is delicious. Food is good but over priced; I understant that this is a 5 star hotel and the food is expensive. At other Four Seasons Hotels the standard is that lunch or dinner costs around 40 USD; in this hotel Lunch or dinner costs around 60 USD each. The pillows for decoration that the hotel has are beautiful. Hotel needs to have a little more music/ action during the day. Staff should be more involved with guests. “Exceptional views, walks around the property (greenery), decent gym, and service. Rooms are outdated and there are damages on tile, walls, doors. Bad smell. Not 5 star worthy, ie not great value. Food was not great, ie, not suitable for 5 star hotel like Four Seasons. Breakfast was mediocre. Overall, not worth the value. We aren’t going back.” — AH
