“We had a fantastic stay at Mt Fuji Speedway Hotel as a family. From the moment we arrived, the attention to detail stood out, with kids-sized slippers already prepared for our children, which was a lovely touch. The room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and the track view was incredible. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were some of the best we've experienced in a hotel. One of the highlights of our stay was the onsen facility, which was absolutely outstanding and a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. “I stayed in a Track View room at Fuji Speedway Hotel, and it quickly became one of my all-time favorite hotels. Having stayed at many 5-star properties, this one stands out as the best for me. Sitting on the balcony watching the race cars speeding along the FSW circuit was an absolutely incredible experience — truly unforgettable. The service was excellent. The staff were very helpful and genuinely polite throughout our stay. The only major issue I encountered was with the bedside lamp on the first night. It kept turning on automatically, even after I switched off all the lights in the room. B” — M C

“This hotel is really cool for any fans of cars/motorsports. Myself and my husband are into F1, and he’s an all round petrol-head, so the museum, as well as being able to walk across to the circuit (where there was a meet happening for Toyota Copens on the first day and a track day with a variety of sports cars on track the second) was a really good experience. We also opted for the free GR Yaris for 4 hours when booking a 90 minute spa treatment, which was a really good experience, there were preset routes suggested by the hotel for Fuji viewpoints and we had a lovely day and were lucky enough” — Louisa McKinley
