Dining was consistently excellent across the property—standouts included Blanca Blue (tuna sashimi, beef filet, coffee mousse), Hiroshi (exceptional sushi, kampachi, mango roll, matcha breeze cocktail), NOI (beef carpaccio, pizzas, pistachio gelato), and the Steakhouse (tableside Caesar, dry-aged steak). The resort itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and exceptionally clean, making it a relaxing place for both adults and children. “We had an overall great experience here! Our butlers, Leo and Omar were friendly and approachable and were excellent providing service or answers when we needed it/them. Our cleaning ladies and turn down ladies (whose names I don’t have unfortunately) that we had during our stay from 5/29-6/5 did a fantastic job. There were 2 pool service standouts as well, Salvador and Tomas. Wait staff service at the restaurants were excellent as well. Overall, the food was pretty good, the steaks were a little overcooked at Bocados on 2 of the 3 nights we ate there. Again, pretty happy overall with the food” — Anthony N
