“Rooms are a bit outdated and could seriously benefit from a makeover, although they offer every comfort that can be expected from a hotel of this category (except, maybe, the heating…) and do have a certain charm. That being said, what really stands out ist the exceptionally friendly staff (from reception to cleaning), which in and of itself would be a reason to come back. Stuff like the Prosecco Happy Hour rounds things off. Location is good if you‘re looking for a hotel in downtown/FiDi. Overall good value for money, 5/5.” — Michael J.

“Truly one of the most uncomfortable stays I’ve had in the city, do not recommend. This property is no where close to what you’d imagine for “4-Star” or a Thompson Hotel property. While the lobby may give you the initial idea that this could be a nice stay, the rooms say otherwise. The rotting wood in the closet and baseboards, the stained walls, mold in the shower, stained and scratched bed, dingy carpet, broken AC surrounding, and so much more, I’d highly highly recommend staying elsewhere.
