“We had the pleasure of staying a couple of nights in late January. Weather was terrible (snow in Charleston) so most of the town was shut down. We had 2 dinners at Eleve and then a wine tasting with Eric. Dinners were great. Service was wonderful. The highlight was the time with Eric. He is knowledgeable and very good at helping us understand wine and our tastes. We had two nights with him and I would highly recommend staying at the hotel just for time in his wine bar. “I arrived a bit late , had to wait for valet attendant because he was chatting up some ladies out front. Check in was quick Dropped off stuff in room and wanted to get a night cap before going to bed. Went to the rooftop bar/restaurant and my gosh the male bartender wa extremely rude. I understand you had 30 mins to go and you were probably trying to leave early but there is no reason for the attitude. Finally when I’m paying $800+ for a room valet should be free. “We loved our stay! We called on our way and asked if there was a possibility of getting in a room early as we had a toddler that was cranky. Ashley at the front desk was so kind in his efforts to make that happen for us. He gave us lovely recommendations that were perfect. The valet team was efficient getting our car when we needed it. My personal favorite was the fact that they have wooden mini cribs for little ones. 10/10!” — McCaulley Patterson
