“Room is beautiful, grounds are beautiful. Attitude of some of the staff is rude & dismissive. We are currently staying here (we leave tomorrow) and had a tour for our wedding next year. Made 2 appointments with the events people & they were late (over 20 min) with no apologies. Pool service & concierge are great but front desk & terrace staff have the attitudes like they are doing us a favor by helping us. Our bags took a long time getting to our room. The mini bar is not refilled unless we specifically request it. For the cost of the room, we expect much, much better service, overall. We have” — d skooch

“I didn't like this hotel... especially coming from Bellevue Syrene down the town. Almost same price I paid but I have 300% better experience. This hotel is a big hotel, lots of people, room was nothing special, the view only can see the ferry and boats so very busy. Some porter helped with luggage didn't have any smile. The concierge just showed me to the elevator to the ferry but didn't help with luggage to the harbor like they promised. Breakfast was not good, asked for almond milk and they gave me regular milk.
