“I cannot recommend this place enough. For context, we’ve stayed at multiple of the World’s 50 Best hotels and this one should absolutely be on the list. Staff were friendly & professional, the building is gorgeous and extremely well-designed. Our room was large, comfortable, and always clean. The grounds and dining areas are all fantastic, and the surrounding landscape is picturesque. Location-wise, it was exactly what we wanted, but I would recommend having a car. It took us ~30 min to Palma and 40+ minutes to the various villages and hikes along the west coast.” — Jonathan Cassady

“Such a shame. An incredibly beautiful property with no lead management to provide the service it needs. On our first night our room had no working air conditioning. Despite us checking that it does before booking and at check in. Once we discovered it didn’t. We were met with a series of stumbles and lies before being offered another room a 5 minute drive away past midnight. The room was a sauna, however at that hour with our daughter already asleep. We dealt with it. No apology the next day either, in fact the front desk and senior staff just avoided making eye contact and tried to look busy.” — Mike Pritchett
