“This is next level luxury. The staff treats you like you’re a royal. The food by the pool and bar inside hotel were amazing. The cocktail bar staff was great with Ilya and Alessandro, hopefully I spelled that correctly. The views and location it self make you feel like you’re in a movie. My only complaint would be the pillows have to be much better for such a nice hotel. But the entire staff was amazing” — Justin Brain

“The best hotel on lake como!! My family and I stayed here for a couple days and had the best experience. The rooms are all gorgeous, well stocked, and cleaned frequently. The pool, garden area, and dock are beautiful and very convenient for walks or getting picked up by boat etc. All the employees were extremely friendly, professional, and made our stay so amazing. “Honestly an exceptional hotel with amazing staff! I read the one stars reviews and they made me lol. People are mad at the prices. Like yes, it’s a 5 star hotel. They are trying to keep people out who can’t afford to stay here. They want the people staying here to enjoy their experiences. So yes if you aren’t staying here you have to pay $60 Euros for pool access. I don’t see the problem!!! People complain about anything. It’s insane. I’m so so so grateful for my weeklong stay here.
