The resort grounds are beautiful, with stunning mountain views, well-maintained pools, and a relaxing atmosphere. Our children absolutely loved the pools, water slides, and lazy river. They spent hours playing every day and had an amazing time. Some of our favorite memories from this trip were simply watching them enjoy the resort and having breakfast together overlooking the pool and mountains. “We stayed for an entire week and we had a wonderful time here! Their customer service was amazing, they were very helpful and attentive. Room was big, clean and pleasant. We would definitely return. Only feedback I have is Tia Carmen staff, they’re very discriminating every time we attempted to have dinner there and even when we decided to do breakfast there.
