“The hotel has a slightly worn-out look and feel, especially in the Residences block. Although the rooms are spacious and well-appointed, there is always a slightly musty smell which can take several hours to dissipate. Service is a bit slow but adequate if you’re not too fussy. “It was difficult to reach the hotel due to bmc construction going all around the area. Hotel premise was huge and staff were very helpful and welcoming. It’s a different world inside the Hotel. They have 6-7 different restaurants, gym, 2 swimming pools in different floors, area for shopping. Best is their breakfast area with their iconic waterfall wall. Rooms were big. It’s a good place for weekend gateway with family and friends. It is also good option for Mumbai people” — Madhusudan Ladda
