“The most notable thing I should give a shout out to is the staff! Right from the moment we arrived up until our check-out day, they were all very welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The hotel was fully occupied during our stay so unfortunately our room was not upgraded, but the lounge/front office staff generously offered a 500K VND voucher to be used within the hotel restaurant vicinity as compensation. During our last night our room was finally upgraded though. The room itself was very comfortable and had an elegant vibe. “The hotel and staff exceeded my expectations. It’s truly a 5 star hotel. What sets this hotel apart is the level of service. All the staff were friendly and professional. They sought to meet my needs and make my stay comfortable. It’s not as massive as other hotels and is more on the boutique size overall but has all the amenities and features you would expect of a 5 star hotel. Theirs a Michelin recommend restaurant at the top of the hotel along with a rooftop bar and pool. Swims in the morning around sunrise worked best for me since it still in the shade at that time. “We had a wonderful lunch buffet at Hotel Des Arts! The selection was excellent, with a great variety of fresh seafood, delicious hot dishes, and beautifully prepared desserts. Everything was well presented and constantly replenished. A special thank you to our server, Nghĩa, who provided outstanding service throughout our meal. He was attentive, friendly, and always made sure we had everything we needed with a warm smile. His professionalism and hospitality made our dining experience even more enjoyable.
