“This Dallas spot is super modern and chic. We'd stayed at the Thompson before, and while it was nice, it was starting to feel a bit old. This place, though, is way fresher and more current. The rooms are awesome – clean, comfy, and have that fancy, high-end vibe. The neighborhood around it feels safer and you can actually walk around, which made our stay even better. Everyone working there was so friendly and professional. Big shoutout to AJ at valet – super attentive and polite, totally showing the kind of hospitality you'd expect from a place like this. “Overall, we were pleased with our stay. The customer service is top notch from the moment you arrive. The location is great being next to the AT&T Performance Arts Center. The added technology from power sheers, drapes and the card entry for the doors are a plus. We expected a King room to be more grand, but Its about location. “By far my favorite hotel in Dallas. I’ve stayed here multiple times, and at this point it’s easily my go-to whenever I’m in the city. Ava and Carlos always make the experience feel personal. Super welcoming, attentive, and they go out of their way to make you feel at home. The gym is top tier, the entire property feels spotless, and there’s a real sense of comfort the moment you walk in.
