“The front desk staff and Megan at the pool were outstanding! The guy working in the “behind the view” bar was not polite and was very overwhelmed. Super slow service. They seemed understaffed in there . I recognize it’s not yet peak season, but it seems strange for such an expensive 5 star hotel to not have waitstaff out on the massive (and stunning) front porch. Everyone had to go get their own drinks and there was no food allowed out there. Room was spotless and bed super comfortable . Could hear every footstep above us, though so bring ear plugs.
