“We had a very pleasant stay. The staff, especially Alejandro and Anna at reception, were extremely friendly and welcoming. The spa facilities were very good, and the breakfast offered a solid selection. The location is convenient and well-situated. Guest relations were also excellent, with quick and helpful communication via email. Arranging a baby cot and a fridge was handled smoothly and without any hassle. A special mention also goes to the staff member at the Sessions restaurant who managed the triage—he was very professional and handled everything efficiently. “Cannot fault the staff, facilities or service, had a great stay at this hotel, exceptionally good service from Alejandro and Coreina but all staff were lovely. Rooms were very nice and well maintained, only criticism is there was no kettle/drinks making facilities and the beds weren’t the most comfortable, but other than that was lovely.
