“My family and I stayed at Hard Rock Hotel NYC in February 2026. We were originally booked for 4 nights but had to extend our stay for an additional 3 nights due to our flights being cancelled because of the big blizzard. We loved our stay! The rooms were modern and comfortable. There were cool rock details in the hotel room. The location cannot be beat - close to Time Square, Broadway, Rockefeller Plaza, Radio City Music Hall, etc. The staff were very genuine, friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay!” — Susan Bartko-Winters

“We stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel for a week in early January. This place is fantastic. The staff were very welcoming, rooms were warm and inviting and the location is outstanding. We travelled as a family of 4 and found the whole experience wonderful. The minute we got out of the car and the staff member immediately helped us with our bags and helped us get settled. The food at the restaurant was also very good and reasonably priced for the location. If you are looking for a perfect spot to stay in New York with dedicated staff and clean rooms, this is it.
