“Hotel staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Naomi was great at breakfast , very happy , helpful and made sure our coffees were always topped up. Hotel rooms are a little dated , TV’s could be upgraded to smart TV’s but overall it’s a nice hotel. Leisure facilities have odd opening hours which makes it a little inconvenient, although the gym itself is very good” — D B
