“We had a wonderful getaway, and everything from check in to checkout was smooth. The rooms, common areas and the beach is spotless clean and the staff are really attentive. If you're staying at the enclave rooms, know that the programming at Chala can go on till about 10pm, and if you're extra sensitive about noise and need an early bed time then it will sound like a neighbour has the TV on. Nothing too bad. I have to give huge kudos to Miguel a manager at F&B restaurants. “The resort was an impeccably clean. Each evening the staff pressure wash the pool area each evening. Our room was spotless. From check-in to check-out everything was great. The food was wonderful at each restaurant, including the buffet. There was plenty of room and tons of chairs around the pool and beach. We never felt crowded.
