Hilton Guadalajara Midtown

“I had a pleasant overall stay at Hilton Guadalajara Midtown. The hotel did a great job accommodating my request to combine my room stays into one, which made things much easier and more seamless. I also had a wonderful view, and the location is a major plus. It feels very safe and is surrounded by upscale shopping and luxury stores right below the hotel, which made the experience even more convenient. Customer service was excellent throughout my stay. “Desk staff were very friendly, professional and always willing to assist with any questions. The restaurant offered a good buffet for breakfast with unique Mexican cuisine options...nice! Our first night there, the shower was clogged...we called the front desk and a team was dispatched immediately. They came in about 10 mins and repaired the issue; fantastic service. Only recommendation I would share is to vaccum the carpet better. I kept find long hairs all throughout...wasn't mine as I don't have long blonde and gray/white hair. “Itzel at the front desk was very helpful and hospitable to us when we arrived. She was able to work with us to get our room given our early arrival. This helped us immensely with our travel plans and gave us a sense of comfort since it is our first time ever in the city.
