“We stayed at the Hilton and booked through Amex Travel. We were disappointed with some of the Amex benefits not being applied to our stay — namely, no early check in and no late check out. When we arrived no one assisted with our baggage and there was no drink or food service occurring at the pool (on a Friday afternoon) while we waited for our room to be available. This is not a resort style place to stay, it is more suitable for business travel or travel where you intend to spend more time out of the hotel. Be warned that upon arrival they ask you to write down your Hilton number if you have” — M. Here

“Our Family really enjoyed our stay, normally I don’t write reviews but I was really touch by their caring services that’s why I’m writing this late at night in the hotel room.. Shout out to Jandi, Saul and Sebastian from the restaurant, they were super helpful and Jandi even helped taking care of my son so my pregnant wife and I could enjoy our meal. The environment and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. This is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in Monterrey , I’ve stayed in a dozen of hotel in Monterrey, this is the best. “Housekeeping team will open your door all of a sudden at 8:50 and tell you it's just their regular process. Tried talking to the manager in charge but same answer, no apologies. Gave me the wrong room initially, which was at a floor booked as a whole. Never shows up for request until you repeatedly ask, which also was a case for my room service order, which they asked what I ordered after me waiting for an hour since they told me it would take 50 mins for me to have it. Worst quality of service I've ever experienced worldwide. The room was nice and the location is also nice tho.” — Inch Jeong
