“I do not often write reviews, however, in this case I must because the person I am writing about is more than a great asset to Brickell Arch. It's all about Nathan Frank! From the moment I checked in it was apparent Nathan enjoyed his job and interacting with people. He educated me on services and alike and instructed me how to arrive at my room which was a neat security protocol. On the last night of my stay I ordered room service and called back when the main meal was not what I had ordered. On two consecutive days — March 7, 2026 and March 8, 2026 — I arrived about 10–15 minutes before the official closing time of the restaurant (10:30 PM one day and 10:00 PM the next) and was not allowed to be seated by the hostess, who said the kitchen had already closed.
